Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

Kriv AI Foundation Inc. ("the Foundation," "we," "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to krivai.org, why we collect it, and how it is handled. This is a draft policy pending legal review; if any language here conflicts with counsel's guidance, counsel's guidance controls.

Information we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (newsletter signup, guide download, webinar registration, certification waitlist, contact, or the readiness assessment), we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, organization, and any message or interest you select. We do not require an account or password to use the site.

We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity: pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, and general location inferred from IP address. If you arrive via an advertisement, we record standard ad-click identifiers (such as a Google Click ID) so we can measure which programs are effective, consistent with our nonprofit's use of Google Ad Grants.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, send the resource or newsletter you requested, register you for a webinar, or follow up about programs you've expressed interest in. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand which content and programs are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and similar technology

This site uses cookies and local storage for two purposes: analytics (as described above) and attribution, a small record of how you arrived at the site (such as a search ad or a referral link) that is kept for up to 90 days so we can understand which outreach is effective. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you'd like to accept or decline these non-essential cookies; analytics and attribution scripts only run after you accept. You can also disable cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still function, though attribution and some analytics will not.

How your data is stored and shared

Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship system, tagged so Foundation inquiries are kept separate from any other organization's records. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain form submissions for as long as needed to provide the program or resource you requested and to maintain accurate records of our nonprofit activities. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link in that email, or by contacting us directly. You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.

Your rights under GDPR and CCPA

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to our processing of it. Our lawful basis for processing form submissions is your consent, given when you submit a form, and our lawful basis for analytics and attribution cookies is the consent you give (or decline) through the cookie banner described above. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its deletion, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the CCPA.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
